Timo Heino is a contemporary sculptor whose work researches matter and materiality in space, time and symbolism. This monograph was published concurrently with his retrospective at Helsinki Art Museum.

The book’s raw physicality reflects Heino’s production yet offers a sophisticated, museum-like presentation of the work. The essays and a discussion with the artist bring a deeper layer into the work, while it’s all slyly bound between soft and squishy hard covers.

The exhibition poster offers a different perspective to the same piece that's on the monograph cover.
